摘要
随着社会的发展,医学模式的转变,社会交往能力做为大学生必备的综合素质之一,逐渐引起各级教育工作者的关注。由于社会、家庭、教育等诸多因素的影响,医学毕业生的社会交往能力普遍低于社会期望值。针对医学生在临床实习阶段,如何加强社会交往能力的培养,提高医学生的综合素质,进行初步的探讨,以供医学教育工作者参考。
With the development of society and the change of medical model, the ability of social communication, as a comprehensive quality required for the university students, has attracted increasing attention of the teaching staff. Affected by the society, family, education, and so on, the medical graduates＇ social communication ability is far lower than that of the society expects. This paper probes into how to strengthen the cultivation of students＇ social communication ability, improve their comprehensive quality from medical graduates＇ clinical practice.
