摘要
从政策、区位、人均收入、消费支出、需求和社会经济发展等几个方面分析了新疆贫困的成因,以寻找切实可行地解决贫困的对策。
From several ,aspects, such as policy, region, average personal income, consumption expenditure, consumption demand and social economic development, the causes of the poverty in Xinjiang were analyzed, aiming to find out operable strategies of solving poverty problem.
