摘要
试图从人权的角度来审视近年来医学临床教学过程中出现的矛盾和困惑,探讨如何在充分尊重和保障人权的前提下改革医学临床教学,实现法制化、人性化教学,普及民众关于卫生事业的社会责任和社会参与意识,促进医学教育事业的良性发展。
This paper analyzes the conflicts and perplexities now confronting clinical teaching in China from the visual angle of human rights. It also discusses the methods towards the legalized and humanitarian clinical teaching reform based on the guarantee of and respectability for the human rights, helps popularize social responsibilities and participation awareness of health service and promote healthy development of medical education.
