摘要
目的探讨血清中乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、β2微球蛋白(β2-MG)以及CA125定量检测对非霍奇金淋巴瘤诊断及预后的价值。方法回顾分析64例经病理确诊的非霍奇金淋巴瘤患者的LDH、β2–MG和CA125,判断其与临床分期、分组及治疗效果的关系。结果非霍奇金淋巴瘤患者LDH、β2-MG和CA125活性明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。Ⅰ～Ⅱ期与Ⅲ～Ⅳ期、无全身症状组(A组)与有全身症状组(B组)以及IP(I0～2分)组与(3～5分)组相比,后者明显高于前者,差异具有显著性(P<0.01)。LDH、β2–MG和CA125活性均未增高组的缓解率和3年生存率明显高于均增高组(P<0.05)。结论联合检测LDH、β2–MG和CA125血清水平可作为非霍奇金淋巴瘤的分期及预后的评估指标。
Objective To study the clinical significance of the lactate dehydrogense （LDH）,beta2-microglobulin （beta2-M） and CA125 measuring in the diagnosis and prognosis of non-Hodgkin lymphoma. Methods Data of 64 NHL patients were retrospectively analyzed, relationships between LDH, β2-MG and CA125 activities and clinical phase and effect of treatment were studied. Results The increase of serum CA125, LDH and β2-MG in patients with NHL has relation to clinical phase, groups, IPI, chemotherapy result and 5 year survival. Conclusion The level of serum CA125, LDH and β2-MG can be taken as an auxiliary clinical index to diagnose, classify the phase, evaluation the effectiveness of treatment and prognosis in the NHL patients, and have important clinical significance.
