摘要
目的了解婴幼儿动作发展现况,研究抚育环境对婴幼儿动作发育的影响。方法横断面问询调查法和婴幼儿动作发展测试。结果超过75%的家长有意识帮助小儿进行动作发育的训练,但对大动作发育的关注程度要大于手指精细动作的发育。超过80%的婴儿能完成各年龄段应有的关键动作发育。对动作发展和家庭环境因素的相关性分析发现:小儿动作技能的掌握与家庭养育环境及家长的养育观念密切相关,不科学的养育观念,会对小儿动作发展起一定的阻碍作用。婴幼儿的动作发展具有连贯性和一致性。结论婴幼儿的动作发展和家长的养育观念及抚养环境密切相关,丰富和抚养环境、科学的养育观念能促进动作发展。
[Objective] To investigate status of infant motor development,and to study the impact of rich of poor fostering environment on infant motor development. [Methods] Cross-study survey and the test of the infant motor development. [Results] Over 75 %parents consciously trained their children to develop their motor skills,however, parents were more concerned about gross motor development than fine motor development. Over 80% infants could master the key motor skills at various ages. The infant motor development was significantly associated with parent care and their fostering environment, a wrong fostering notion would delay the infant motor development. The development of infant motor skills had continuity and persistent. [Conclusions] Infant motor development is significantly associated with parents care and their fostering environment. Good environment with full of stimulations and care notion can improve infant motor development.
