小儿脑损伤综合征并听力障碍不同干预阶段临床分析 被引量：3

摘要 目的了解小儿脑损伤综合征并听力障碍患儿耳穴位注射鼠神经生长因子早期干预效果,并比较不同干预时期的临床效果。方法360例小儿脑损伤综合征患儿采用脑干听觉诱发电位检测异常者90例,随机分为治疗组及对照组,治疗组52例,对照组38例,均给予脑活素、胞二磷胆碱静脉点滴,姿势异常者给予功能训练,治疗组在此基础上给予鼠神经生长因子穴位注射(1000U)每日一次,15d一疗程,配合经络导平耳门刺激等综合治疗。结果两组干预效果总有效率有明显差异(P<0.05);1岁内开始干预总有效率无明显差异;1岁后开始干预总有效率明显低于1岁内干预者。结论小儿脑损伤综合征并听力障碍早期采用脑干听觉诱发电位检测,及早干预可预防耳聋发生。
