摘要
研究了利用超声波技术提取荷叶中黄酮类化合物优化工艺,用分光光度法测定所提取黄酮类化合物的含量。采用正交设计法考察了乙醇浓度、料液比、超声时间及提取级数等对荷叶中黄酮类化合物提取率的影响,确定了最佳提取条件为乙醇浓度50%、料液比1∶20、提取3次、超声提取时间25min,在最佳参数组合下,荷叶黄酮提取率为4.85%。
To study the optimal conditions of flavones extraction from lotus leaf by ultrasonic. The optimal process conditions for flavones extraction was obtained by orthogonal experiments based on single factor. The content of flavones in lotus leaf was determined by spectrophotography. The optimal process conditions were percent of ethanol volume 50%, ratio of solid to liquid l:20(g/mL), three extraction times, and extraction period as 25min.
