急性硬膜下血肿快速自然消散11例临床分析 被引量：1

摘要 目的分析急性硬膜下血肿快速自然消散的机理及其促进因素。方法对过去5年来快速自然消散的急性硬膜下血肿11例的临床表现、形成原因及治疗进行分析。结果血肿于伤后6h内已部分吸收或大部分吸收4例。18h内完全消退6例,24～48h内3例,48～72h内2例。结论对意识障碍轻、病情平稳、血肿量小、脑损伤轻的急性硬膜下血肿患者在动态观察下非手术治疗获得良好效果。
