摘要
以稻壳和聚乙烯为主要原料,制备了复合材料。同时,测试了该材料的冲击强度、弯曲强度和拉伸强度。通过方差分析,得到了稻壳添加量、硅烷添加量以及玻璃纤维添加量对稻壳/聚乙烯复合材料力学性能的影响。研究结果表明,稻壳添加量对力学性能有显著性影响;硅烷添加量对冲击强度和弯曲强度有显著性影响;玻璃纤维添加量只对弯曲强度有显著性影响。
Rice hull flour and polyethylene composites were manufactured. The Izod impact strength, the bending strength and tensile strength were tested. Effects of the rice hull flour content, the silane coupling agent content and fiberglass content on mechanical properties of rice hull flour/polyethylene composites was studied. The analysis of variance results show that rice hull flour content has a significant influence on the mechanical properties of the composites, the silane coupling agent content has a significant influence both on the Izod impact strength and the bending strength, whereas, fiberglass content has a significant influence on the bending strength.
