摘要
目的 对不同配比的注射用美洛西林钠/舒巴坦钠进行体外抗菌活性研究,以选出该药的最佳配比。方法 采用二倍稀释法以美洛西林钠与舒巴坦钠1:1、2:1、4:1、8:1、16:1的比例配伍,对186株产β-内酰胺酶的耐药菌株进行体外押菌试验。结果 单用舒巴坦钠无抗菌活性,舒巴坦钠与美洛西林钠联合应用能明显提高美洛西林钠的抗菌活性。在上述配比中,通过186株细菌的敏感性分布及对各菌株的最低押菌 浓度(MIC)分析出美洛西林钠与舒巴坦钠以4:1的配比效果明显优于其他4个配比,分别比单用美洛西林钠增效2~32倍。结论 在美洛西林钠与舒巴坦钠各配比中,其中4:1的体外作用活性最佳,其配比强度依次为4:1〉2:1〉1:1〉8:1〉16:1。
OBJECTIVE To pick out the best ratio of Mezlocillin sodium to Sulbactam sodium injection by studying on the antibacterial activity of that matched indifferent ratios in vitro. METHODS By double dilution, the ratios of Mezlocillin sodium to Sulbactam sodium injection were as follows.. 1 : 1, 2 : 1, 4 : 1, 8 : 1, 16 : 1, and the antibacterial activity of 186 β- lactamase resistant germ strains were investigated in vitro. RESULTS Used alone, Sulbactam sodium injection showed no anti-microbial activity,but combined with Mezlocillin sodium, its antimicrobial activity enhanced significantly, By analysis on the sensitivity distribution and minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC) in those mentioned ratios, the antibacterial activity with the ratio of 4 : 1 was better than the others, and it upgraded 2 to 32 times respectively than that Sulbactam sodium injection was used alone. CONCLUSION The antibacterial activity with the ratio of 4 : 1 was the best and compared with each other the anti- bacterial activities were as follows: 4 : 1〉2 : 1〉1 : 1〉8 : 1〉16 : 1.
