摘要 本文根据试验结果,分析讨论了焊后热处理、母材及焊材对3.5%Ni钢焊接接头低温韧性的影响。结果表明:适当规范的焊后热处理可明显改善接头区的组织,提高低温韧性;在相同的焊接工艺及焊后热处理条件下,不同的母材和焊材,其接头组织及其中的碳化物含量有差异,从而具有不同的低温韧性。 Based on experimental data and analyses, the effects of PWHT, base metal and welding material on the low temperature toughness of 3.5%Ni steel welding joints are discussed in this article. The results show that proper PWHT can apparently improve the microstructures of the welding joints, and benefit the low temperature toughness;and that the microstructures and contents of the carbide in the welding Joints are different for different base metals and welding materials, resulting in different low temperature toughnesses
