摘要
从疲劳过程本质上是材料静强度不断退化的过程的观点出发,建立了一个非线性的、连续的强度退化模型。该模型的参数可由S—N曲线来确定。将模型应用于两级及多级载荷下剩余寿命估算,并用16Mn钢进行了试验验证,结果表明可以较准确地估算两级及多级载荷下的疲劳寿命。
A nonlinear and continuous strength degradation model is presented from the view point that fatigue damage process is the process during which material static strength degrades constantly.The parameters of the model can be determined through the S—N curve.The model is applied to predict fatigue lives for both two level cyclic loading and multiple amplitude program loading and verified by the experiment of 16Mn steel speciments.The results show that the method is able to predict to fatigue lives for two level cyclic loading and multiple amplitude program loading.
