摘要
两年生砧木,不同品种的美国山核桃接穗嫁接一年后,其苗木根系长度、根系表面积、根系体积、生物量等指标均表现极显著差异,根系总长最大可达2911.36 cm,为最小1.82倍;根系表面积最大为573.07 cm2,为最小1.79倍;根系体积最大可达10.83 cm3,为最小2.11倍.各指标两两之间(个别例外)均呈极显著相关,个别呈极显著负相关,关于其具体相关关系可做进一步的研究.根系长度、根系表面积、根系体积在不同根级之间和同一根级内均存在较大差异.而巨大的根系表面积对水分的供应和养分的吸收具有极其重要的作用.
Two-year-old nursery root-stocks were grafted with different cultivars of pecan (Carya illinoensis) as sions. As was shown in the data determined one year later, root length, root surface area, and root volume and biomass of the gratfed plants with different cions of pecan displayed significant differences. The maximum total length of roots was 2911.36 cm, or 1.82 times the minimum. The maximum root surface area was 573.07 cm^2 , or 1.79 times the minimum. The largest root volume was 10.83 cm^3 , or 2. 11 times the smallest. Highly significant correlations were observed between the indexes, with very few ex- ceptions, which merits further study. Root length, root surface area and root volume in the different root levels and within the same root level showed considerable differences. The great root surface area is very important for water supply and nutrient uptake.
