摘要
通过对水表PMMA字轮盒的结构和成型工艺分析，设计了其热流道注塑模具的总体结构。并详细介绍了热流道系统的结构和先复位机构。采用该模具成功实现了以热流道形式对字轮盒进行大批量自动化生产。
The hot runner injection mold structure of PMMA word-wheel box for water-meter was designed on the basis of analysis of its structure features and injection process, also, the hot runner system and pre-set mechanism of the mold was introduced in details. The volume-produce of word-wheel box was realized by employing he hot runner mold.
