摘要
针对直线感应加速器对中装配同轴度要求高的特点,考虑法兰、螺栓和密封垫相互作用,建立了加速器对中装配法兰-螺栓联接的三维有限元模型,分析了螺栓预紧力对加速器对中装配时同轴度的影响作用。水平面上的螺栓预紧力与其它螺栓预紧力的差异变化对组元轴线改变的影响最大,而处于竖直方向上的螺栓的预紧力差异对同轴度的影响较小。因此在实际装配中应更注意水平方向的螺栓预紧力的控制。研究结果为加速器对中装配同轴度提高提供依据。
In view of the high demand on the coaxial tolerance of linear induction accelerator in centering assembling and considering the interaction among flange, bolts and gasket, finite element analysis was adopted and a 3 - D finite element model of accelerator in centering assembling with bolted-flange connection was built. The influence of the bolt forces on coaxial tolerance in the accelerator centering assembling was analyzed. The difference of the bolt forces in the horizontal position has more contribution to coaxial tolerance while the difference of the bolt forces in the vertical position has less so that the control of the bolt forces in the horizontal position should be imposed. The result can be used to instruct the centering assembling process to improve the coaxial tolerance of accelerator.
