摘要
通过电磁场有限元软件ANSYS仿真,构建电容层析成像(ECT)系统敏感阵列电极三维模型,分析ECT敏感场的"软场"效应,推导计算灵敏度矩阵,并分析敏感阵列电极结构参数对ECT电场灵敏度的影响,进而优化阵列电极结构.实验结果表明,利用优化的阵列电极可获得较均匀的敏感场分布及较高的检测灵敏度,并重构出较满意的图像.
By using ANSYS for formulation and solution of the finite element, a three- dimensional model of electrical capacitance tomography (ECT) electrode array was constructed. Based on this model, the 'soft-field' effect in sensing field affected by distribution of the object was considered, sensitivity matrix was calculated and the effect of structural parameters of sensing electrode array on sensitivity response was analyzed. And thereby the optimum configuration of the electrode array was obtained. The test results indicate that with the optimized electrode array the homogeneous sensitive field distribution, high measurement sensitivity and reconstructed image can be obtained.
