摘要
近年来,学术界对人本管理问题进行了深入的讨论。从人本管理的涵义、实施、要素以及评价五个方面,对国内近年来人本管理研究进行了总结和评价,并指出了研究中存在的问题和不足,最后提出了需要进一步改进的方向,以便对这一问题的深入研究。
In recent years, human-oriented management has been deeply discussed in the academia, this article codifies and makes short comment on the domestic researches of it from the following aspects: implication, implementation, factors and evaluation, and points out the aspects need to be improved, and point out the further direction of research so as to study it further.
