摘要
近年来,学术界对人本管理问题进行了深入的讨论。从人本管理的涵义、实施、要素以及评价五个方面,对国内近年来人本管理研究进行了总结和评价,并指出了研究中存在的问题和不足,最后提出了需要进一步改进的方向,以便对这一问题的深入研究。
In recent years, human-oriented management has been deeply discussed in the academia, this article codifies and makes short comment on the domestic researches of it from the following aspects： implication, implementation, factors and evaluation, and points out the aspects need to be improved, and point out the further direction of research so as to study it further.
