摘要
本文以一般食品为例,深入分析了食品企业在产品分销过程中如何整合运用各种运输资源,论述了产品特性、消费特征、分销物流模式、分销系统绩效表现和运输资源之间的因果关系,对食品企业分销系统物流能力的建设,提出了针对不同的运输模式,企业通过选用适宜的运输资源既可以降低运输成本,又可以缩短响应时间的结论。
Taking general food as an example, it analyzes how the food manufacturer apply diverse types of transportation resources to its distribution network. The cause and effect relation among the identity of product, the characteristic of consumption, the model of distribution logistics, the performance of distribution network and the transportation resource is studied and discussed. The conclusion is reached that the manufacturer can select different transportation resources corresponding to different transportation models to reduce transportation cost and shorten responding time.
