摘要
供应链环境下供应商评价需要从技术、协作、服务等多方面进行评估,其实质是一个多目标决策问题。神经网络评价系统将供应商关键指标数据作为输入向量,将实际的专家综合评价指标作为输出评价,经过学习训练后,评价系统可以自动给出客观公正的评价结果。采用神经网络,不仅提高了供应商评价的科学性,也为进行动态评价提供了决策支持。
Under the supply chain environment the supplier appraises needs from the technology, the cooperation, the service and so on to carry on the appraisal, its essence is a question of multi-objective decision. The neural network appraisal system took the supplier key indicator data as the input vector, and took the actual expert Appraises as the system output, system is able to give the objective fair appraisal result automatically after studying and training. Uses the neural network, not only enhanced the scientific nature which the supplier appraises, but also provide the policy-making support for carried on the dynamic appraisal.
