摘要 提出了灵活运用多元教学方法,提高临床医学青年教师执教能力的观点.并详细介绍了参与构建“学习环”,实现教学相长、学习名师授课技巧,培养独具魅力的讲课风格、践行PBL教学法,以学生为中心以及利用数字化可视化教学平台,实现直观教学等各种方法的应用. This paper proposes making flexible use of multi-teaching methods to improve teaching ability of young teachers of clinical medicine. Various teaching methods employed are introduced in this paper: participating in the process of building " learning ring" to benefit both teaching and learning, learning and making use of famous teachers" teaching skills, using the teaching method of problem-based learning (PBL) and "learner-centered" teaching model, making use of digital and visualized teaching platform and audio-visual teaching method.
