摘要
利用基于波束成形的远场声阵列噪声源分析技术研究了摩托车辐射噪声的声源特性.利用加速噪声测量得到的结果,确定了最大噪声级所对应的发动机转速.在此条件下,研究了摩托车整车左右两侧噪声源辐射的频率特性和能量分布特性,并利用声学重建技术构建了具有最大声压级频率分布特性的全场声压分布特性.通过与光学图像的自动重叠,获得了摩托车整车最大噪声源的频率和空间位置及产生来源,由此确定了合理降噪技术路线.试验结果表明,声阵列技术能够快速有效地进行噪声源诊断和声源空间定位.
Using the microphone array system based on beam forming technology, the noise emission property of a motorcycle was investigated in detail, The running speed of engine corresponding the maximum sound pressure level (SPL) was obtained by the pass-by noise test, The frequency and energy distribution property of both sides of motorcycle were investigated, By using the acoustic reestablishment of the beam forming technology, the SPL distribution with the highest sound level was produced. The frequency and exact noise poisitions were determined by means of the optical pictures automatically overlapping, and the reasonable technical solution was acquired according to the investigation, The results show that the microphone array technology is an effective way for the noise diagnostic and sound localization.
