摘要
采用GAM 300四极质谱仪对空气中的氧气、氮气、二氧化碳、正庚烷、苯、甲苯、三氯甲烷等七种常量微量物质进行了在线测定。对仪器的进样系统作了优化。苯等微量组分的检出限达到40μg/m^3。讨论了质谱测量参数(检测器电压、测量时间、放大器调整间隔时间)对测量准确度的影响。
Seven normal and trace amount components (oxygen, nitrogen, carbon dioxide, heptane, toluene and trichloromethane) in air were analyzed on-line simultaneously by using a GAM 300 quadrupole mass spectrometer. The sample inlet system of the insrument was optimized. The detection limits of benzene and other trace amount components can reach 40μg/m^3. The influences of mass spectrometric parameters (such as detector voltage, measuremet time and time interval for amplifier adjustment) on measurement accuracy are discussed.
