摘要
根据以人为本的思想,以培养创新型人才为出发点,探索新形势下高校思想政治工作的有效途径,提出用尊重教育开展大学生思想政治工作:(1)从"校本、师威"意识向"以生为本"思想转变;(2)促进思想政治工作贴近时代要求;(3)培养学生自主、自立的精神。
According to people-foremost conception, and with the goal of bringing up innovation talents, the effective approach of ideological and political education at colleges and universities in the new situation is explored. It is proposed to undertake college students＇ideological and political education by respect, which includes （1） transforming the conception from faculty-foremost to student-foremost; （2） promoting the ideological and political education to satisfy the requirements of the age; （3） fostering the students＇consciousness of independence and self-development.
