摘要
采用传统熔体淬法制备了R2O-MO-B2O3-Al2O3—SiO2多元系统玻璃(R为碱金属,M为碱土金属)。将制得的玻璃与Na3AlF6混合均匀制成陶瓷结合剂。测试了结合剂的耐火度、润湿性、抗弯强度和热膨胀系数,分析了F-对玻璃结构和性能的影响。结果表明:在低熔陶瓷结合剂中引入适量的F-可以降低结合剂的耐火度,提高结合剂对CBN的润湿性以及结合剂本身的抗折强度。F-在玻璃网络中起断网作用,因此F-加入量不能大于5%,否则会影响结合剂的综合性能。
The R20-MO-B203-A1203-SiO2 system glass was prepared by conventional melt quenching technology ( R stands for alkali-metal element, M stands for alkali-earth element). Vetrified bond was prepared from uniformly mixed Na3 A1F6 and the prefabricated glass. The fire-resistance, bending strength, soakage and thermal expansion coefficient of the vitrified bond was tested. Effect of F- on structure and properties of vitrified bond was analysed. From the results it can be found that the fire- resistance of the bond decreases , the soakage and the bending strength increase when F ion was added in the low melting vitrified bond. The optimum addition of F- is≤5%. Excessive amount of F- will deteriorate the performances of the bond due to F- destroying the glass net.
