摘要
研制一种基于厚膜技术的瓦斯体积分数传感器阵列,阐述了该传感器阵列的制作工艺和方法。设计出一种具有与该传感器阵列相适应的高检测灵敏度信号处理电路,该电路将实时采集到的数据通过串口发送到PC机,PC机数据采集界面可实现对单片机的控制,在任一时刻可选通一路传感器工作并能实时显示瓦斯体积分数,当体积分数超出一定警戒值时能够报警提示用户。
A new methane sensor array based on thick film technology is investigated, and the processing methods is introduced. A high precise signal processing circuit is designed corresponding to this methane sensor array. The circuit can send acquisition data to PC and the PC software receive it and give real-time analysis, graphic displaying to users, The PC gives a warning message when the concentration exceeds the value set by the user. The PC software can control the single chip and choose any one of the sensors to work while the sensors work in turn at the ordinary times.
