摘要
根据凸轮砂带磨削技术中共轭轮易磨损的情况,提出了一种增加中间摆动机构,避免共轭轮与砂带直接接触,从而增加共轭轮工作寿命的方法,并给出了该机构共轭轮廓形计算的方法。
In the belt grinding for cam a method of by adding medial mechanism to avoid direct contacting of conjugate cam and sand belt so as to prolong conjugate cam' s life is put forward in this paper which can solve the problem that conjugate cam is easy to wear. According to submissive mechanism the calculation methods on contour of conjugate cam are presented.
