摘要
建立了检测鸡群中新城疫病毒(New Castle disease virus,NDV)血清抗体的Dot-ELISA方法,对Dot-ELISA的最佳反应条件进行了研究,初步确定了该方法的感染保护临界值为7log2。通过对大量临床血清样本的检测,表明Dot-ELISA与血凝抑制试验(HI)相比,具有敏感、特异和稳定性好的优点。
A Dot-ELISA method had been developed for the detection of ND serum antibody in chickens.The optimum condition of Dot-ELISA was determined and the antibody positive standard was established as 7log2.Dot-ELISA and HI were both used to detect ND antibody in chicken serums and the result indicated that Dot-ELISA was stabler and more sensible.
