摘要
别墅作为居住建筑的一种,有着自己独特的功能和价值.然而当代中国的别墅设计起步比较晚,还存在着一些问题.笔者基于对别墅设计探究的必要性的思考,总结存在的问题,分析当代别墅设计的方法,并探讨其发展的方向,这对于当代别墅设计具有重要的现实意义.笔者从问题切入,剖析现状,进而针对性地提出设计的原则和方法,通过这种由大到小,由抽象到具体的方法,使当代别墅设计变得有法可依,有章可循.文章的最后是展望部分,这具有一定的前瞻性意义.通过全文提出问题——分析问题——解决问题的逻辑过程,可以得出的结论是:中国别墅是有一定发展前景的.
A villa, a kind of residential building, has a special function and value of its own. However, a villa design starts late in China, so there are existing some problems. This paper, based on the inevitabilities of local villa design, summarizes such problems, analyzes design methods and then researches the trend of development. From the view of the existent problems, anatomizing current situation, and then intending to lay down the principle and design methods, it also tries to make a systematic research to the contemporary villa design from common to individual, from abstractness to specialty. The last part of the paper foreseeing the future of villa design has an important foresight meaning. With the introduced problems analyzed and settled, it comes to a conclusion that our Chinese villa design has its future.
