摘要 在高校实施竞争上岗制度,对进一步深化高校干部人事制度改革,打破干部终身制,健全干部能上能下、能进能出、充满活力的管理体制和运行机制,具有十分重要的意义。在高校中层干部选拔任用中实施竞争上岗制度要严格程序,坚持公开、平等、竞争、择优原则,要坚持党管干部的原则,鼓励教职工积极参与,并注意几个问题和处理好几个关系,使竞争上岗工作取得更佳的效果。 It is of great significance to carry out the employment system through competition in colleges and universities for further deepening the cadre personnel system reform, abolishing life tenure in leading posts, and perfecting a vigorous management and operation mechanism under which the cadres are prepared for both promotion and demotion and for both employed or unemployed. For the implementation of position competition, it is necessary to execute the procedure strictly, adhere to the open, equal, competitive and merit-based principle, and stick to the principle of the Party supervising cadres. Teachers and staff members should be encouraged to play an active part in the competition. Furthermore, emphasis should be put on dealing with several problems and relationships so as to achieve satisfactory results.
