摘要 为了加强信息的保密性,这就要求通信产品在变频上要达到一定的速度。而且在宽带放大电路的设计中,往往都是以牺牲功率增益来换取宽频带的功率增益的平坦特性,本设计除了满足增益平坦和效率外,还重点考虑了波段转换的速度以及体积、受环境影响的大小等要求。调试及试用表明,该放大器工作稳定、性能可靠,已成功应用于通讯实践。 In order to strengthen the information secrecy, must make correspondence product achieve certain speed in the frequency conversion. Moreover in the design of broad band amplification electric circuit, the broad band smooth characteristic of the power gain has often been gained at the expense of the power gain. This design not only satisfies the flat and efficiency of the gain plus, but also has emphasis considered the speed and size of wave band- switching and the requests of circumstance effect and so on. The debugging and practice indicate that this amplifier works stable and its performance is reliable,and it has been applied in the communication successfully.
