摘要
从洛阳市白马寺种公牛站挑选年龄、健康状况相近且性欲旺盛的夏洛来种公牛5头,对其生产性能指标按春(3—5月)、夏(6—8月)、秋(9—11月)、冬(12—2月)4个季节连续五年的记录进行统计分析。结果表明:(1)采精量随季节变化不明显(P>0.05)。(2)原精活力:夏季(0.46±0.04)与春(0.70±0.01)、秋(0.65±1.01)、冬季(0.69±0.01)差异极显著(P<0.01)。(3)冻后活力:春、秋、冬季均极显著高于夏季(P<0.01),说明季节对夏洛来种公牛精液冻后活力具有明显影响。(4)精液密度:夏季与春、冬季差异极显著(P<0.01),夏季与秋季差异显著(P<0.05)。(5)精液冻后畸形率:夏季的夏洛来种公牛精子冻后畸形率极显著地高于其它季节(P<0.01)。(6)精液冻后的顶体完整率:夏季的夏洛来种公牛冻精顶体完整率极显著地低于冬、春季节(P<0.01),显著地低于秋季(P<0.05)。
The effects of four seasons on semen quality of Charolais bulls were studied. The solstices and equinoxes (December, March, June and September) defined the beginning of each season (Winter, Spring, Summer and Autumn). The study demonstrated the results as follow:(1) The seasonal effects of semen valume was no signaficant difference for Charolais bulls (P〉0.05). (2) The mean spermatozoa progressive motility (SPM)of Charolais bulls were 0.70, 0.46, 0.65 and 0.69 in spring, summer,autumn and winter respectively. SPM in summer was obviously lower than spring, autumn and winter (P〈0.01). (3) The postthaw progressive motility (PTPM)of the frozen semen for Charolais bulls were 0.39, 0.24, 0.33 and 0.37 in spring, summer,autumn and winter respectively. PTPM in summer was obviously lower than spring, autumn and winter (P〈0.01). (4) The semen concentration of of Charolais bulls in summer was 8.40 which were signaficantly lower than spring (13.06; P〈0.01), winter(12.61; P〈0.01) and autumn(10.80; P〈0.05). (5) The percentage of malformation frozen sperm for of Charolais bulls were 10.24, 26.51, 20.34 and 12.73 in spring, summer,autumn and winter respectively. The percentage of malformation frozen sperm in summer was greatest high in four seasons (P〈0.01). (6) The percentages of sperms with intact acrosomes for of Charolais bulls were 73.74, 49.67, 58.97 and 69.07 in spring, summer,autumn and winter, respectively. Itwas obviously lower in summer than spring and winter(P〈0.01), and also lower than autumn (P〈0.05).
