摘要
本研究通过一项历时6个月的课外自主学习实践探讨自主学习中的行为与自我感知成效的关系。30名大学生参加并用日记纪录了每次活动。通过分析日记发现:1)坚持不懈地进行自主学习并朝向明确目标努力的学生通常明显感到进步,他们在解决问题方面也表现得更为积极主动;2)学习者的毅力、是否努力坚持明确的目标、解决问题的主动性和能力都是影响自主学习成效的关键因素。因此建议教师可以通过影响学习者相关的行为来培养学习者自主,促进自主学习成效。
This article aims at finding out the relationship between learners' behaviors in autonomous learning and their self-perceived progress.30 university students took part in the study and kept dairies every time they did the autonomous learning activities.After analyzing the data elicited from their dairies,the author found that those who persevered in the practice with a clear goal and an active approach to problem solving reported obvious progress in learning.The results also showed that perseverance, goal-directed efforts, initiative and abilities in problem solving were the key factors associated with the effects of autonomous learning. Therefore,the author suggested that teachers could influence learners' behaviors to foster learner autonomy and meanwhile improve their autonomous learning.
