摘要
国华电力公司600 MW亚临界锅炉的设计煤种为神华低灰熔点煤,投产后锅炉炉膛粘污结渣严重,尤其是屏式过热器区域大量结渣,排烟温度偏高,曾发生坠落渣块,砸伤水冷壁事件,严重影响机组安全、稳定、经济运行,针对这一课题,国华公司开展燃烧优化试验研究,通过掺烧高灰熔点煤、加装吹灰器、制粉系统调整等有效措施,使锅炉的安全经济性得以提高。
The coal fired by 600 MW sub-critical boiler of Guohua Electrical Power Company(GHEPC) is Shenhua-coal with low ash fusion temperature.After coming into production,serious slagging occurred in furnace,especially on platern super-heater.Meanwhile the exhaust flue gas temperature is higher than the design.The slag had ever fallen down,damaged the waterwall,endangered the boiler safe,steady and economic operation.For the problem GHEPC initiates the optimizing experiment research.Some efficient measurements,such as blending with high ash fusion temperature coal,reinstalling shoot-blower and coal-pulverizing system adjustment are applied to improve the boiler safe and economic operation.
