摘要
通过分析国内外对数字城市的定义和数字城市建设的现状,基于可持续发展和城市可持续发展的思想,提出了可持续数字城市的概念,建立了可持续数字城市建设的总体框架,为城市可持续发展提供了一种新的模式。
Based on the theories of sustainable development and urban sustainable development （USD）, a concept of sustainable digital city （SDC） is proposed through analyzing the definition of digital city and reviewing the current state of digital city construction in China and in other countries and meanwhile a framework of SDC construction is also presented for developing a new model of USD.
