摘要 车辆动态称重(WIM)是指对行驶中的车辆进行称重的一种技术。车辆动态称重算法与所采用的传感器类型密切相关,这里讨论的是使用称重传感器的汽车轴重衡的动态称重技术。本文首先研究了目前国内外动态称重的基本算法。使用Matlab软件,对大量的采集数据进行了分析和计算,提出了一种工程实用的动态称重算法,并应用线性最小二乘曲线拟合,实现了该算法。采用该算法,设计了全新的动态称重仪。实验表明,该算法能够有效的降低工程计算量,提高动态称重的精度。 Weigh-in-Motion (WIM) is a technology for measuring the weight of trucks as they move along roads and without stopping them. The algorithms for WIM closely depend on the selected sensor type. The WIM technologies used in the axle-weight scales for vehicles using the load cells are discussed here. The fundamental algorithms for WIM adopted currently both at home and abroad are reviewed at first. After analysis and computation of a lot of data collected using Matlab software, an engineering applicable algorithm for WIM was proposed. The algorithm was implemented using linear least square curve fitting method. Using the algorithm, a new instrument for WIM was designed. Experiments show that it can decrease the engineering computation task and increase the dynamic accuracy of WIM.
