曹妃甸大型煤码头选址环境合理性分析 被引量:3

摘要 以国投在曹妃甸拟建年吞吐量5 000万t的煤码头为例,介绍了曹妃甸港区的环境空气质量和环境关心点,利用《环境影响评价技术导则》认可的预测方法和预测软件对大型煤码头营运期煤粉尘扩散范围进行了预测计算。结果表明:为大型煤码头选址于曹妃甸港区有效地避开了居民居住区,避免了煤炭运输带来的最大的环境问题对人类居住环境的影响,大型煤码头在曹妃甸港区的选址具有合理性。 This paper takes an example for the building of capacity to 50 million tons of coal terminal of SDIC to explain the regional air quality and environmental concerned point in Caofeidian. According to the technical guidelines for environmental impact assessment , a predicting calculation is performed for the dispersion scope of coal dust of large - scaled coal terminal during operation period. Then the features of location for Caofeidian port area are described in brief. Finally it is concluded that the large- scaled coal terminal situated in Caofeidian can effectively avoid residential area as well as environment problems which brought by coal transportation. From this point of view, the location of the large - scaled coal terminal in Caofeidian is reasonable.
