摘要
随着经济的不断发展,物质的富足并不能够一直不断地增加人们的快乐。欲望无限而资源有限,如何在资源的制约下实现国民的快乐与幸福成为一个重要课题。发达国家经济学研究开始回归到其研究的最终目的——实现国民幸福的最大化,经济学由物质转向精神,快乐经济学应运而生。快乐经济学的研究可以为物质经济快速成长的发展中国家提供研究国民精神福利最大化的理论依据。
Along with economic development, material wealth could not go together with people＇s happiness all the time. The desire is endless but the resource is limited. How to achieve joy and happiness in the current situation becomes an important issue. The studies on economics in the developed countries began its return to the ultimate goal the maximization of happiness of the people. When economics changed from the material to the spirit, the happy economics emerged. Happy economics research could provide developing countries in rapid economic growth with theoretical basis for researching the maximized welfare of people＇s soirit.
