摘要
目的:新剂型研制,制备蒿芩清胆颗粒。方法:应用正交实验筛选最佳工艺。结果:10倍水、6h提取挥发油;油∶-βCD为1∶6,恒温40℃搅拌包结挥发油1h;水提酸沉法提取黄芩苷;盐酸处理,乙酸乙酯提取青黛有效成分;8倍水、浸泡0.5h、煎煮3次、每次0.5h为最佳煎煮工艺;湿法制粒,稠膏∶糖粉∶糊精为1∶3.5∶1,必要时加72%乙醇为润湿剂。结论:所制颗粒剂符合药典要求。
Objective: To find a new modle of pharmaceutical from Haoqinqingdan decoction and make the Haoqinqingdan granule tablet. Methods: The optimum extracting and moulding process was selected by orthogonal test design. Results: The optimum extraction conditions of naphtha is 1000% water, 6 hour; The best craft of wrapping volatile oil is volatile oil:^-CD-- 1:6, mixing at constant temperature 40℃ 1 hour ; Adopt method of water-withdraw and sour-precipitate to withdraw huangqingan; Qingdai is first treated with 18% chlorhydric acid, second with ethyl acetate, soluted with 95% ethanol, and finally precipitated with O. 1% NaOH; The best decoc- tion craft is 800% water, soaking 0.5 hour, decoctions 3times, 0.5hour every time. The best craft of making granule is dense cream:sugar pouder:dextrlns = 1:3.5: 1, moulding process was made with 72% ethanol when it is nec- essary. Conclusion: The granules formulation is meeting the requirements of Pharmacopoeia.
