摘要
合成了一种封闭异氰酸酯树脂,筛选了取代金属铅的复合催化固化剂并制备成浆料,从而制作了低温固化无铅阴极电泳涂料;检测了电泳涂料槽液参数和涂膜的性能,通过Gel分率评价了涂料的固化情况。试验结果表明,制备的固化树脂与筛选的复合催化剂配合使用能降低涂料的固化温度,并不影响电泳涂料的综合性能,复合催化剂能取代铅催化剂在阴极电泳涂料中应用。
A lead- free cathodic elec-trophoresis paint curable at low temperatures was prepared. Its coating formulations were investigated, and the properties of the coatings were tested. The experimental results showed that the combination of the prepared curing resin and the selected compound catalyst could decrease the temperature required to cure the coating, without any negative influences on the comprehensive properties of the electrophoresis paint. The compound catalyst cound be used instead of Pb catalyst in cathodic electrophoresis paints.
