摘要
利用电解着色技术对硫酸阳极氧化膜进行镍盐着色,使MoS2润滑性粒子同金属一起沉积于氧化膜孔隙之中。采用能谱法证实了氧化膜中Mo的存在,并测定了其含量。试验结果表明,在给定的工艺条件下,MoS2润滑性粒子进入了氧化膜孔隙之中,Mo元素在试样表面的含量为3.49%(原子分数)。
The lubricating particles of MoS2 are able to be co- deposited into the pores of aluminium anodized film with metal nickel by electrolytic coloration after the aluminium anodizing process with sulfuric acid. The results showed that in the given condition the lubricating particles of MoS, had entered into the pores of aluminium anodized film and the content of Mo on the surface of anodizing the film was 3.49% (atomic fraction).
