助熔剂对氧化铝陶瓷结构及性能影响的研究 被引量:8

摘要 以铝型材厂废渣和可塑粘土为主要原料,添加滑石及碳酸钡复合助熔剂研制氧化铝陶瓷。主要探讨助熔剂不同添加量对产品微观结构及各项性能指标的影响。采用XRD和SEM等主要测试手段探讨其晶相结构和显微结构,以气孔率、吸水率、体积密度等性能指标为主要评价标准选择最佳的助熔剂添加量。结果表明:体系内除刚玉相外,还有少量莫来石、镁铝尖晶石和钡冰长石相。当滑石含量为3.5%,碳酸钡的含量为5.5%时,瓷球吸水率、气孔率和体积密度达到了极值,此时吸水率为0.21%,气孔率为0.67%,体积密度为3.18 g/cm3。 Aluminum ceramics was successfully prepared with waste aluminum slag, small amount of clay, talc and barium carbonate as raw materials. The influence of different amount of flux on the properties and microstructures were discussed. X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) were used to characterize the crystalline phases and microstructures. The properties such as porosity, water absorption and bulk density were tested. The results show that besides target corundum phase, there are mullite, Mg-AI spinel and hyalophane phases. The best content for talc is 3.5wt%, for barium carbonate is 5.5wt%. The corresponding properties are water absorption:0.21%, porosity:0.67%, bulk density: 3.18 g/cm^3.
