摘要
研究了不锈钢金属丝网填料结构对错流旋转填料床内传质的影响。在错流旋转填料床内,利用CO2-NaOH体系研究了不同填料层高度和不同丝网填料的传质特性。结果表明,体积传质系数KLa随超重力因子、气量、液量的增加而增大。同时建立了体积传质系数模型,模型计算结果与实验结果拟合较好。
This paper investigated the effect of packing structure on mass transfer of a cross-flow Rotating Packed Bed.For a carbon dioxide and sodium hydroxide system(CO2-NaOH),the characteristics of mass-transfer in different packing structure for a Rotating Packed Bed have been studied.Results showed that the volume mass-transfer coefficient,KLa,increased with the increase in the high gravity ratio,gas flow rate,and liquid flow rate.The volume mass-transfer coefficient of packing I is about 60%,40%,30 % higher than that of packingⅡ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ.The characteristics of mass-transfer of packingⅠis better than other packings.Furthermore,the model of mass transfer coefficients was proposed.The calculated results for mass transfer coefficients agree well with those of experiment.
