摘要
采用问卷调查法对627名女大学生进行调查,结果显示:对女大学生而言,不同的锻炼项目不会直接影响锻炼者的自尊(长期心理效益),但不同的锻炼项目会直接影响锻炼者的单次情绪体验(短期心理效益),在单次情绪体验中疲劳、烦恼的产生显著偏低;不同的锻炼时间带不会直接影响锻炼者的心理效益,但它通过与项目的交互效应来影响锻炼者的自尊(长期心理效益),因此,确定合适的时间带对于能否最终获取长期心理效益非常重要。
Subjective exercise experience scale (SEES), self - esteem scale(SES) and a self - created questionnaire on college students'PE were adopted among 627 female college students, to discuss the characteristic of exercise item, timebelt of the female college students' PE and the relationship between them and Psychologicaleffects, finally demonstrated: For the female college students, the different item will not directly affect the self-esteem (long - term psychologicaleffects), but it will directly affect the subjective exercise experience (short - term psychologicaleffects). It is important to choose some proper sport activities in proper timebelt according to individual's conditions.
