摘要
对于图书馆法的调整对象,学术界历来存在不同的认识。本文在评析不同学者认识的基础上,提出了图书馆法调整对象的必要条件、法律特征和具体内容。
For the adjustment object of library law, the academic circles exists different understanding. Based on the assessment of different scholars＇ understanding, this paper puts forward the essential condition, law characteristic and concrete contents of adjustment object in library law.
