摘要
随着我国高职教育的蓬勃发展,许多中专学校纷纷组建高职学院。本文以益阳农业学校向益阳职业技术学院转型为个案,从学校行政组织结构和学生管理组织结构两大块作为切入点,运用现代组织结构与设计理论、“人性”假设理论、领导生命周期理论及相关职业教育理论,来探讨中专学校向高职学院转型的组织结构变化及设计。
With the booming developnlent of higher vocational education in out country, many technical secondary schools have incorporated as vocational and technical colleges. This author deals with the organizational structural variety and design, refen'ing to the information of Yiyang Vocational and Technical College, in view of the school administrative and students directorial organizational construction, applying the modem organizational constructive and contriving theories, "human nature" hypothesis theories, leading life cycle theories and correlative vocational education theories.
