摘要
老路保通方案设计,是高速公路改扩建工程的关键性技术问题之一。无论采取何种形式的保通方案,都应结合工程的实际情况,遵循科学严谨的态度,进行深入细致的调查研究,对多种方案进行论证比选,最终制定适合于本工程的保通方案,以达到尽可能降低改扩建工程对老路交通的干扰,方便沿线群众出行,充分发挥老路的社会经济效益,减少对社会负面影响的目的。
Traffic and extension project management design of old highway is one of key problems of highway reconstruction No matter which kind of traffic management is taken, it is better to follow scientific and precise attitute according to real situation, do detailed survey and study, do demonstration and comparison of many traffic management schemes, and finally form suitable traffic management which is able to reduce the interference on old road transportation, provide convenient local traffic, bring into full play social and economic benefits of old road, and lessen the influence upon society.
