摘要 为对电子系统进行电磁损伤评估,运用统计分析的方法,对独立的电磁损伤模式定义了一个电磁安全域模型,建立了电磁环境生存概率的均值和方差的计算方法,得到了系统生存概率模型。对电子系统进行了电磁辐照效应和注入损伤实验,将实验结果与理论评估结果进行比较,证明了该评估方法是可行的。 The electromagnetic damage of electronic systems was evaluated by theo ry of probability statistics. A model of electromagnetic safety domain was defined upon an independent electromagnetic damage mode, and the calculation methods of even values and square differential survival probability under electromagnetic environment were presented, and the model of survival probability of system was obtained. Compared with the experimential results of electromagnetic radiation effects and injection damage, the simulation results shown that the evaluation method presented is practicable.
