摘要 目的探讨甲状腺乳头状癌中CK19、galectin-3、HBME-1和Ret的表达及其在病理诊断中的价值。方法分别采用免疫组织化学Envision法及LSAB法检测CK19、galectin-3、HBME-1和Ret在70例甲状腺乳头状癌、15例结节性甲状腺肿和40例癌旁正常滤泡中的表达。结果CK19、galectin-3、HBME-1和Ret在乳头状癌组织的阳性率为100%(70/70)、97.2%(68/70)、94.3%(66/70)和88.6%(62/70),均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论CK19、galectin-3、HBME-1和Ret在甲状腺乳头状癌中表达增加,在病理诊断中有一定价值。 Objective To study the expression of cytokeratinsl9(CK19) ,galectin - 3(gal - 3),HBME - 1 and Ret in thyroid papillary carcinoma (TPC) and their diagnostic value. Methods 70 eases of TPC (40 cases with adjacent normal thyroid tissus) and 15 cases of nodular goiter with papillary hyperplasea were enrolled into the study, immunohistochemical staining for CK19, gal - 3, HBME - 1 and Ret was performed in all cases using EnVision and LSAB methods respectively. Results The positive rates for CK19, gal - 3, HBME - 1 and Ret in TPCs were 100% (70/70) ,97.7% (68/70) ,94.3% (66/70) and 88.6% (62/70), the differences were statistically significant( P 〈 0.01). Conclusion CK19, Gal - 3, HBME - 1 and Ret expressions are significantly higher in TPCs than those in benign thyroid tissue, which has certain diagnostic value.
