摘要
目的探讨在神经导航指导下,小骨瓣切除脑肿瘤的定位和治疗效果。方法应用Stealthstation神经导航系统,显微手术切除23例脑肿瘤,总结其治疗效果及定位的准确性。结果23例脑肿瘤中全切除21例(91.3%),次全切除2例(8.7%);未出现症状加重及死亡病例。结论使用神经导航系统,手术定位准确、可靠,有助于肿瘤全切除及降低手术并发症,并且使手术切口个体化,不仅有利于头皮切口的愈合、疤痕小,而且使脑组织达到最小程度的暴露,有利于保护脑组织免受损害。
Objective To explore the location and therapeutic effects of brain tumor resection through small bone flap under neuronavigator. Methods Under StealthStation neurormvigator system , 23 brain tumors were removed by micrurgy, the therapeutic effects and accuracy of location was evaluated . Rebaits 21 of 23 cases of brain tumor were totally reseeted (91.3 %) ,2 were subtotally reseeted (8.7 %), there was no case of increased symptom or death . Conclusion The neuronavigator system helps the operation to be more accurate locationed and reliable , which will help for the individualization of operative incision for better recovery of scalp' s incision and minimalization of the brain tissue' s exposure to protect the brain tissue from damage .
