摘要
在比较了各种输电线路故障测距方法的基础上,提出了基于全球定位系统(GPS)的双端同步采样故障测距算法。该方法利用GPS的秒脉冲信号来确保双端同步采样,并利用双端测距提供的硬件设备,采用线路参数在线估计算法,有效消除了由于线路参数不确定对测距精度的影响。介绍了基于GPS的输电线路故障测距系统的结构、工作原理、防干扰措施,以及双端故障定位的计算方法。这种测距算法具有计算简单、稳定性好、且无伪根识别的特点。仿真结果表明,该算法具有可靠性高、测距精度高的特点,完全不受故障类型、过渡电阻和系统参数的影响。
Based on the comparison of varied fault location methods for transmission lines, the fault location algorithm with two- terminal synchronization sampling based on the global positioning system (GPS) is brought forward in this paper. The proposed method ensures two-terminal synchronization sampling by the aid of the second pulse signal of GPS, and effectively eliminates the influence of uncertain transmission line parameters on the location precision by use of the two-terminal location hardware and the on-line estimation algorithm for transmission line parameters. The paper describes the structure, principle, anti- jamming measures of the GPS-based fault location system of transmission lines as well as the computational method of two- terminal fault location. The location algorithm is simple, stable and without pseudo root identification. Simulation results show that the algorithm is highly dependable and precise, completely immune to the influence of fault types, transition resistance and system parameters.
